(only under C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\wpdmtp.inf_amd64_be327e778ffbc860) When I connect any mobile device like an iPad or smartphone, it detects the device and "configures" it but I can't see it in Windows Explorer and in Device Manager it was showing that the drivers were not available.īut on another machine with Windows 10 Enterprise, I didn't install any driver and it works fine.Īfter some research I discovered that on the working device it was using the following Microsoft drivers:īut on the failing machine, these drivers were not present. ![]() ![]() I'm having some difficulties connecting and browsing mobile devices on a Windows 10 Professional N machine.
